We know that transformation requires people who are results driven, understand project and program management principles, are prepared to think critically and who are committed to helping our clients navigate their way through to success. Your OpportunityWe are proud to offer our team a supportive and collaborative work environment, training and development opportunities, as well as clear career progression pathways.Your role as a Senior Consultant within TPM may entail the following:Having the ability to join transformation programs with our clients across a range of sectors and industries.Reporting to and working closely with experienced Program Management practitioners to establish and maintain value-adding project, program and portfolio governance processes for our clients.Gaining exposure to all aspects of a project and program, through the full program lifecycle, including establishing and managing key documents and processes.Receiving on-the-job learning support and access to world class training and development to grow your transformation management capabilities.Assisting in setting up governance frameworks for transformational programs and Project Management Offices (PMOs) and with communication and stakeholder engagement.Taking ownership of small to medium sized projects, with help from senior team members.Establishing and developing strong client relations and proactively seek to deepen those relationships. How are you extraordinary?Establishing and managing key project and program management documents and processes.Taking ownership of small to medium sized projects, with help from senior team members.Assisting in setting up governance frameworks for transformational programs and Project Management Offices (PMOs).Developing and supporting project and program performance status reports.Assisting with program communication and stakeholder engagement. Your ExperienceAt KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities.
